A temporary ACHA partition will be required at an existing mechanical room where (2) AHU and ductwork are to be removed. Negative air machines and DP sensors are required at the partition. Demolition of (2) indoor air handling units and associated ductwork. Providing (4) new RTU’s with curbs, phasing for RTU installation, temporary ductwork, (2) new air-cooled chillers and associated pipe and ductwork. The roof where new AHU-104/105 are placed will need a guardrail system. Equipment will ALL be purchased through Slade Ross (JCI).
