This project will be categorixed as Major Renovation. The existing Behavior Health unit contains 11 Semi-private, 2 private, 1 seclusion and support spaces/rooms. These spaces will be converted to 20 private patient Rooms and support Spaces. The following elements will remain: The exterior envelope (except for futrure mechanical louver), Egress Stairs, Mechanical and Electrical Rooms. With this project the hospital will change the licensed bed count by the following: 25 Adult Psych Beds will be removed. 20 Acute Care beds will be added.
