Valuation is published for unincorporated county permits but not by the City of Tampa, which carries it on none of its permit layers — so the column is filled for some rows on the same parcel and not others. Contractor is published by neither. We show what each jurisdiction gives rather than estimating the rest.

Recorded documents

Hillsborough Clerk daily index · 05 Sept 2026, 03:01
No recorded documents attached to this parcel
We hold the Clerk’s daily index from the day we started fetching it. Documents are attached by the county’s own instrument-number linkage, and where that is absent a document is held unattached rather than attached to the wrong parcel.

Code enforcement

Hillsborough County · 30 Aug 2026, 13:10
No open code enforcement case on this parcel
Checked against Hillsborough County’s published case, condemnation and lien layers. Those layers carry active matters only, so a case closed long ago will not appear. City of Tampa cases are not covered at all — its lien search publishes no export, and that request is still open.
