Description
Private Provider Inspections- The existing clubhouse is to undergo renovation work to repair and replace like-for-like items throughout as well as a change of use classification to the Gathering Room, Kitchen area, and Storage area. The existing Gathering Room is to be converted into a fitness room, while the Kitchen is to be removed and converted into a Kid’s Room. The existing Storage room will be converted into a cardio workout area. The repair work is limited to the replacement of damaged drywall on the ceiling and walls of the gathering room. In addition, new trussed will be added to allow for a taller ceiling height in the new fitness room. The HVAC system will be modified throughout to accommodate the conversion along with electrical & lighting removal and replacement, and plumbing fixture removal and replacement. In addition to the change of occupancy, the following items will be replaced and updated, new led lighting, new windows, new full lite glass door, new half lite glass doors, drinking fountain, full height mirrors, and new rubber flooring and base. All areas not identified in the preceding demolition plans will remain in the originally permitted location.
