Description
The intent is to repair a damaged patio roof and posts structure. The existing insulated aluminum roof is sagging/failing. The existing posts need replacement. The new roof is to be replaced in the exact shape and configuration, but will utilize wood framing w/ modified bitumen roof finish. Storm Damage - The roof was sagging some before the storms, but every storm has made it worse. Now it's damaged it to the point that it is unsafe to stand under. For full disclosure, I am a Structural Engineer (PE) and have completed the plans myself.
