Description
Request to put up a 60' x 54' (3240 sq. ft. under roof) agricultural accessory structure. I have been working with Jim Blinck the past 6 months on getting questions answered about what is needed. Although the property is in a flood zone, with BFE of 77 feet, we will be building up the pad to at least 78.5 or 79 feet. 18-24 inches above BFE. Jim explained that upon completion of the building we will need to get an elevation certificate from the surveyor.
