Structure shall be constructed on 2x6 frame supported by precast deck support blocks . deck will have 2x8 rim joists doubled up. structure will be secured to the ground with ground anchors fully embedded at each corner and midway along each axis. decking shall be 3/4" plywood non treated. wall construction will be 2x4 stud construction on 16" centers. each stud will be secured at the top with a Simpson hurricane strap (ZMAX.) fastened using approved hardware nails. rafters to be site built of 2x4 material on 3/12 pitch with a 12 " eave/soffit on all sides. roof to be synthetic underlayment, drip edge, and asphalt shingles installed in accordance with applicable Florida product approval code. no interior walls or other fixtures.
