We are removing two accordion partition walls, one in each classroom, and cutting open a wall that is 14’ W x 6’8” H between a classroom and the Marine Lab. This will entail commercial interior framing codes, drywall, drywall finish, and paint. Marine Lab: The electrical will require demoing and moving to their respective locations depending on the new wall span. Other (2) Classrooms: We will run new rough electrical in the fire walls and add respective outlets, per code. Metal interior framing for new walls, add insulation, drywall + finish, and paint.
