Concrete slab under existing structure. (proposed parking and storage area). Disconnect and reconnect electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as required for elevation. Elevate all mechanical and electrical equipment servicing the main structure to meet or exceed the DFE and building code requirements. Concrete stairs, Frame existing garage door opening. Provide masonry openings for windows and doors in the proposed lower-level area. Install ADA interior and exterior lifts.
