Description
We are renovating the kitchen and dining room area of our home, to include new windows and a new sliding glass door. We will be removing a wall and rewiring and replumbing. Water lines will be moved to new locations, a portion of the exterior will be framed and become part of the interior space. Joists and floor framing will be replaced due to extensive termite damage. The exterior wall will be reframed as well for the same reason. The roof line will remain the same. New kitchen appliances, 2 fireplaces will be removed. A load bearing wall will be removed and a header beam placed for support.
