Description
This is not a like for like replacement. Transitioning from an 100% outside air unit split system and separate energy recovery ventilator to a single package unit. Removing (2) separate pieces of indoor equipment and consolidation into (1) piece of outdoor equipment. Essentially the airflows and BTU’s are close between the old and new systems but not exact, based on the redesign. Nominal 30 tons. I included the schedule from the original design performance from the existing equipment for them to look at if they don’t already have it readily available. See attached.
