Scope of Work 1. Men's Bathroom Demolition Remove all types of flooring ( Carpet, vinyl) from the entrance to the new wall location. Detach tiles from the urinal wall. Empty all storage lockers. Demolish the wall dividing the locker room and bathroom to expand the bathroom area. Remove all toilets, urinals, sinks, countertops, mirrors, stall, and urinal partitions. All demo debris will be disposed of in the dumpster daily. Duration: 4 days 2. Women's Bathroom Demolition Remove tiles from the shower walls and flooring down to the bare studs. Demolish the center wall in the shower to create an open stall. Remove all bathroom flooring to prepare for new tile. Uninstall all toilets and sinks. Remove original countertops for replacement. Remove all baseboards and quarter-round before new tile installation. Dismantle the stall dividers. All demo debris will be disposed of in the dumpster daily. Duration: 4 days 3. Women's Bathroom Remodel Install green board drywall in demolished shower area. Tape, mud, and texture all drywall repairs. Lay new tile flooring throughout the bathroom a total of 363sqft Install two 48-inch bathroom vanities. Place a 103.5-inch white quartz countertop with two sinks. Fit all new baseboards. Paint the entire bathroom, color-matching the original shade. 4. Dumpster Rental Rental of a dumpster for 8 days to dispose of demolition debris. 5. Materials Supply of all materials needed for both bathroom renovations, including studs, vanities, countertops, tile, drywall, cement board, mirror, grout, thinset, screws, caulking, primer, and paint. 6. Men's Bathroom Remodel Install Hardie board on the urinal wall. Frame a 14ft x 8ft wall with a door opening to access the fitting room. Install an 18x6 backsplash on the urinal wall. Lay 500 sqft of floor tile. Hang drywall on both sides of the new wall and where the old wall was demolished. Tape, mud, and texture all new drywall and repairs. Install two 30-inch vanity cabinets. Install a 77 1/4 inch quartz countertop. Paint the entire bathroom, color-matching the original shade. 7. Electrical/Permitting/Floor Plan Drawings Move and extend switches as needed after demolition. Purchase and replace can lights. Pull permits for the general remodel project and electrical work. Demolish existing bathroom fixtures and plumbing • Break up concrete for sewer access in both bathrooms • Protect work area and dispose of debris Rough plumbing Removal of 1 urinal with capping the existing drain line in wall, breaking up concrete to gain access to the main sanitary to reroute/add the necessary fittings to the existing toilet location with adding two additional toilet stalls with 1 being ADA compliant with a wall mounted ADA compliance. Lavatory sink and faucet. Adding the necessary drain and water connections from existing sanitary and water connections to all fixture locations. Women's bathroom Breaking up concrete to gain access to existing sanitary sewer with adding the additional fittings to install new drain and water connection for a new ADA compliance toilet and wall mounted lavatory sink and faucet. After all rough plumbing is completed and bathroom concrete and tile is installed we will install all necessary fixtures consisting of 4 new
