Add can lights in ceiling of livingroom and install 6" tounge and groove wood on ceiling in livingroom. Install natural stone veneer on face of fireplace wall. Update 3 bathrooms, New cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile in showers and tub areas, new tubs, relocate existing lighting to accommodate new mirrors. Square up one of the closets in master bedroom that is oddly shaped, close up all plant shelves over closets and doorways thruout house. Install all new trim in house (door, window and base). Install new vinyl plank floors throughout house. Interior repaint.
