Increase the opening of family room/dining room interior arched NON-load bearing wall by ~ 10 feet with removal of three existing 120v receptacles Recess refrigerator 2” in current location with ~ 39” wide flat-studded wall Plumbing (performed by Homeowner): Recess waterline for refrigerator ~ 2 inches Relocate existing drain/water lines approximately 2 feet to center under new island sink by cutting a trench in the foundation, reapplying termite barrier (Truly Nolen), and replacing concrete material. Mechanical (performed by A-Plus Heating and Air) : Install new exhaust vent hood with in-line blower (280 cfm) in attic with exit through roof. Electrical (performed by Bryan Hindman Electric LLC: Demo seven 120v outlets total from NON-load bearing peninsular wall/sink area & family room/dining room interior arched NON-load bearing wall Relocate two outlets from NON-load bearing peninsular wall/sink area to island for outlets inside cabinets for 2 countertop pop-up outlets. Upgrade to AF/GFCI Relocate 120v service for microwave to island upgrade. Upgrade to AF/GFCI Relocate 120v garbage disposal outlet to island upgrade. Upgrade to AF/GFCI Relocate 120v dishwasher service to island upgrade. Upgrade to AF/GFCI Relocate current 220v slide-in range service to opposite (refrigerator) wall and relocate and upgrade to AF/GFCI Relocate the existing wall receptacle on frig wall per code & upgrade 20-amp AF/GFI Wire and install new 120v 20-amp AF/GFI circuit and outlet to attic for in-line blower exhaust vent hood. Lighting (performed by Bryan Hindman Electric LLC): Remove breakfast nook light outlet. Wire and install (2) new 120v light outlets over kitchen island (for pendant lights) AF/GFCI circuit breaker. Supply wire & install LED 12v undercabinet tape lighting (x 2 cabinets 39” each) with transformer in box in pantry. Wire and install additional 2 recessed LED can light housings to existing circuit 120v. Wire and install 4 LED direct mount HALO regressed lights on dimmer in family room. Add wiring for with 4 LED recessed lights in family room.
