Kitchen will be 15'x4' including a island 7'x4' and will be constructed of cenderblocks and mortor. Decrotive stone veener will be placed to block with stainless steal doors and drawers. Pergola is constructed of pvc/alluminum. HSS 3.5"x3.5x3/16" steel columns with a 8"x8"x3/4" plates will attach pergola to concrete using 5/8"x5.5" Simpson bolts. BBQ grill will use a standard. LPG 15lbs tank. All construction will be done by homeowner using Dansco Engineering sealed drawings and plans.
