This is being submitted in relation to permit RGB51337. The plans were already submitted and approved with Hillsborough County. In addition, the rough inspections for all trades were performed/completed as well. The previous owner passed away prior to final inspections being performed however this was in your old permitting system. Since then the work has been completed, and we hired an Engineer/Architect to review the plans and provide an Engineer's Letter for final approval to have all permitting issues resolved.
