Description
Installation of a San Juan LELANI in the color SULLY BLUE. The pool will have 3 returns, 2 main drains, 1 white led light, 1 skimmer, The proposed pool plans are attached to this quote, See Below. The entire pool area will be supported by an 8” retaining wall with a height as needed to support the decking. The pool decking will consist of a 4” concrete slab with cantilevered coping along the pool beam. The concrete slab will have control joints every 8’ with a saw cut 1?4 of the total slab thick- ness to help prevent future cracks. The concrete slab will have a broom finish. The decking will have a 1?4” pitch for proper water drainage, there will also be a 2” stegmeier su- per drain between the decking and house so water does not sit along the house. The pool will be equipped with a pool guard alarm (PGRM-2) The pool will have a 1.65HP VS pump, a Jandy CS100 cartridge filter, a speed set pump control- ler, a truclear11k salt cell and a 2017 used Raypak 149k BTU heat pump. The pool will have a stainless steel 4-bend deck railing to assist entry. We will strip the sod, pre grade, and final grade upon completion of the work to assure the water drainage of the property did not change.
