I would like to build a 24 x 31 shed on a concrete slab to store my agricultural equipment. In addition there will be a 5 foot concrete overhang alone the front of the shed which will be along the 24ft front in the direction of the road. The back of the shed will be 26 feet off the back property line and the side of the shed will be 6 feet of the left facing side property line. The concrete slab will have footer which is 14 inches wide and 18 inches deep. The shed will have a 10 x10 Ft roll up door and a 36 x 30 inch walk in door both in the front of the shade which is 24 feet wide and facing the road.
