Kitchen Remodel- Plumbing: Disconnect the plumbing, add water to the fridge, final plumbing connect, and dishwasher install after the c-tops are installed. Electric: add an outlet under the sink, add 220V for the countertop and oven, add a 9 gang boxes with the flat lights that look like can lights, install the new lights, add an outlet to the left of the sink base, add an outlet right of the cooktop, add 2 outlets to the left of the cooktop, add a new 110V line to the kitchen, add 2 outlets to the left of the fridge, move the dedicated fridge line. Drywall/GC Demo/Cabinet Alts: Haul away, cleat the walls for the new top, alter the oven cabinet , install the decohood, patch the drywall from the electrical moves, close off the pass through wall with drywall, demo the drop ceiling, add insulation in the ceiling, demo the platform floor and install new sub floor, drywall the ceiling, demo the tile splash, drywall the splash, demo the closet, move the A/C vent.
