Whole home remodel to include the following: All windows and doors being replaced with new. Old baseboard being replaced with new throughout whole home. New blinds and interior shutters in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, offices, guest bedroom, and craft room. Installing new cabinets in Pool Bath, Guest Bath, Pantry, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Powder Room, Master Bath, and Second (Bonnie's) Office. New closet systems and shelving in craft room, guest room, second (Bonnie's) Office and both closets. Wall alterations in the following areas: Master Bath current inner shower wall being removed and wall behind current vanity area is going away to accommodate new shower system in its place. Kitchen entryway is being expanded, and middle wall and bar are being altered per attached plans. Plumbing: All plumbing fixtures and accessories being replaced in all 4 bathrooms. Tying into existing sewer and waterlines in current bath and laundry room, to accommodate new pantry, laundry, and powder room layout. Pot filler being installed to pantry, along with sink and faucet. Kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal installation. Master Bath shower system being installed in place of current vanity area, while current master bath shower area is being converted to a closet. New ADA grab bars being installed in Master bath shower area. Installation of new Countertops throughout whole home. Installation of new Trim, crown molding throughout whole home. All new doors and door casing throughout whole home. Replacing and installation of new electrical fixtures in pool bath, living room, guest room, kitchen, pantry, powder room, master bath, and pool table room per attached plans. New Shower glass door enclosures being installed in Pool Bathroom, Guest Bathroom, and Master bathroom, along with new mirrors being installed in said rooms and powder room. Glass enclosure being installed in pantry. New interior plantation shutters being installed throughout home. All new tile floor throughout whole home. Install shower and wall floor in pool and guest bath. Kitchen and pantry area will have brick wall tile. Install wall tile in master bed, master bath shower and floor tile installation. Ceiling Beams added to living room ceiling, and pantry. Interior and Exterior paint, interior wallcoverings.
