Description
As-Built Certification for the residential addition project completed by others circa 2017: 1) Minor electrical: new light switches, fixtures, and outlets were installed in the addition area to service the living space, wired to the existing electrical service that was servicing the structure originally. A mini split A/C unit was installed to service the remodeled area. 2) Structural: wall framing, roof framing, and a concrete slab and monolithic footings were installed in the addition area; refer to A-2 sheet for additional details. Interior framing: all interior walls are framed using 2"x4" wood studs at 16" O.C. spacing. See sheet A-3 for wall details. 3) Minor Plumbing: alterations were made to add supply and drainage lines to service the bathroom area. Services were connected to the existing plumbing from the main house. 4) Finishing: texturing and painting of all interior finishes; installation of ceramic tile flooring in all interior areas of the addition.
