Repair bad plywood sheeting where necessary. Nail off roof deck to current hurricane codes in area of repair. Run magnets around perimeter of building to pick up any stray nails from roof construction. All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 1 year. All estimates are honored for a period of 30 days. Location of repair(s): At chimney to right side of home -Remove existing shingles in area around brick chimney -Remove dry in felt -Inspect plywood for damage -Replace plywood where necessary if needed. -Remove current brick. -Cut existing framing down below roof deck. -Re-frame in with 2x4 flush with existing roof -Install dead valley behind existing brick -Install new peel N stick dry in -Install new shingles- color matched as close as possible to existing shingle color -Reseal all old to new laps with commercial grade sealant
