Alteration for all 2 by 4 walls including closets and room walls there are no load bearing walls and will all be attached to the rafter horizontal beams as well as pneumatically nailed to concrete floor. New insulation for roof polyurethane closed cell spray foam for all ceiling and overhang openings. New wiring throughout interior for kitchen living room bedrooms two washrooms including new high efficient LED pot lights. Wiring for new heat pump and three split units for air conditioning and heat. New electrical plugs light switches and all hardware. Bathroom plumbing already exists and will use the copper runs that are in place for kitchen sink and both bathroom sink toilet and shower-bath area bathrooms will have new vanities showers and toilets all in same locations.( Existing) 200 amp breaker system for all the electrical needs. New 1/2 inch drywall for whole interior of house attached to 2 by 4 walls. Tongue and grove for all ceiling in house( excluding) both bathrooms. Cement board used for both bathroom areas for proper water proofing for all wet areas including ceiling all ceramic tile for both bathroom walls and shower area will be ceramic tiles and new hardware. Kitchen cabinets will be installed top and bottom including new counter tops and sink. Sliding barn doors for all interior rooms to be installed. Two exterior steel doors 34 inch same as old original size doors. Will replace and install steel lintel for door and masonry support. Ceramic tiles throughout the whole interior of house.
