We are doing an owner build of our new construction home. This is our first one so we are not experienced in this. Please feel free to let us know anything you think we need to know or have forgotten. Thanks in advance for all and any help you can give us. We do really appreciate it. We have floor plans, ac calcs, site plan, grading plan and septic permit completed at this point, just as an FYI for whomever is reviewing our application. If there is anything else we need please let us know.
