Description
The property has a small and large FEP. The small FEP is the original utility room for the home, with original plumbing and duct for dryer. The small FEP will have a change or use to a 5" x 9" bathroom. The old metal drain pipe for the washing machine already was not usable. All plumbing will be replaced for the bathroom. The appropriate drywall for bathroom will be installed as well as any needed insulation and the appropriate electrical for the bathroom. The existing electricity will be utilized and some may be added (GFCI(s)). Bathroom will have a tub/or tub/glass shower combo with tiling, a vanity with sink, mirror and a toilet. The current cabinets will be removed and repurposed or donated. Any drywall demolished will be properly disposed of at the landfill. The current small FEP will be a bathroom and small closet with separate entries. A small sliding barn door will be installed for entry to the closet. The Large FEP will now be the utility room housing the washer and dryer, a regular or tankless water heater and possibly a small utility sink, so all of the items will be removed from the small FEP and added to the Large FEP/Utility room or donated. All plumbing work and electricity will be performed per Hillsborough County Building Code and Fl. Bldg. code. The plumbing will be tied into the existing clean out/done per code. Exhaust fan will be installed in the bathroom as well as any required 10-year battery fire alarm(s).
