Project 1: Remove cabinets located above Kitchen Bar/Countertop.Removal includes removal of wall that works as anchor for these cabinets. Please refer to Drawing "P1 FIRST FLOOR - FLOOR PLAN AND SCOPE OF WORK" Project 2: Reduce size of Master Bedroom's closet to half side (length wise) and merge the freed up space (from reduction of closet) into master bedroom space. No load bearing studs will be removed. Two new walls will be installed inside closet to separate newly freed up area, and divide new closet space into two separate closets. New studs will be installed. Please refer to attached drawings "P2 SECOND FLOOR - CURRENT FLOOR PLAN", "P2 SECOND FLOOR - RENOVATION DETAILS", and "P2 SECOND FLOOR - RESULTING FLOOR PLAN" for detailed explanation of Scope of Work. Total of three low voltage (120V <20A) electrical electrical outlets will be removed, and 1 new electrical receptacle will be installed on new wall. Coaxial cable will be extended and receptacle will be installed next to newly installed electrical receptacle. Total square footage that involves removal and reconstruction is aprox. 16.32 sqft.
