Remove the door and small section of non loading wall that divides the shower from the vanity area. Relocate the two wall switches from this wall to the vanity side wall. Replace the toilet. Remove the vanity and two sinks and replace with new vanity cabinet and sinks with fixtures and stop valves. Install new shower drain flange and shower pan. New cement wall board in the shower and tile the new shower alcove. Replace the exhaust fan with new. Replace the vanity light fixtures with new. Replace all wall light switches and outlets with new. Replace three ceiling light fixtures with new LED type. New towel bars and paper holder. New wall hung framed mirrors.
