Remove decorative archers in living room and dining room. Replace solid wall banister on stairs with spindle banister. Replace floors with luxury vinyl planks. Paint interior. Reduce size of decorative inset walls in living room increasing recessed space - adding electric fireplace that does NOT require it's own circuit enclosed by built-in cabinets. Change / add / remove existing electrical outlets in kitchen and living rooms to match increased usable kitchen space and redesign of living room inset wall.
