Description
Currently on the property was a 7,100sqft building. The front half of the building (2,600sqft) is concrete block and the back half was a metal structure (addition/warehouse). We demolished the warehouse part and want to build a new warehouse addition that is the same footprint as the old one. We will be using the existing concrete slab. The new warehouse section will be a pre-designed metal building that is purchased as a kit.
