Description
I am applying for the After-The-Fact Permit. The previous owner of the home constructed a bathroom (standing shower/ toilet/small sink - no tub) and a kitchen sink in the garage. The previous owner never reported it to the city and did not update the floor plan. We purchased the home with the work already done and we did not have knowledge that the work was not done under a permit. I am now taking the process to legalize. I would appreciate if the penalty fees were waived as this was not done by me. Thank you.
