Description
My home has an attached three car garage which faces the street. I would like to extend the roof's eave that juts over my garage doors (one 2-car garage door and one single car garage door). The section of eave directly above the driveway currently extends 12 inches beyond the garage. I would like to extend the eave an additional 24 inches. Once completed, I will replace the asphalt roof shingles on this portion of the roof with standing seam metal roofing. My purpose for conducting this work is to create additional curb appeal for my home. I am not creating any additional living space with this project.
