Includes (2) 6”x6”x8’ concrete post with unistrut to mount equipment to. The service will be built at the back left of the transformer. Supply and install (1) new 125A meter can on the new rack. Supply and install (1) new 125A MLO Nema 3r 12 circuit panel on the rack. Supply and install (1) 20A weatherproof GFCI receptacle on rack. Supply and install conduit and wire from the panel to the north side of the entrance for; (1) 20A mag lock for pedestrian gate. Both mag locks will be wired from (1) circuit. (1) 20A gate motor. Both gate motors will be wired from (1) circuit. (1) 20A GFCI circuit for receptacle mounted on perma post. Both WP GFCI receptacles will be wired from (1) circuit. Supply and install conduit and wire from the panel to the south side of the entrance for; (1) 20A mag lock for the pedestrian gate. Both mag locks will be wired from (1) circuit. (1) 20A gate motor. Both gate motors will be wired from (1) circuit. (1) 20A WP GFCI receptacle mounted on perma post. Both WP GFCI receptacles will be wired from (1) circuit. Supply and install conduit and wire from the panel to the center island for a WP GFCI receptacle near the call box. Supply and install (1) photocell to control Holiday WP GFCI receptacles mounted on perma posts.
