Description
This is an emergency repair, stucco is falling off of the house, area of damage is on the 2nd floor. We went to the property to evaluate and discovered most of the 2X4 studs and rotted, the seal plate and top plate is rotted, the exterior ply wood is missing. A repair was made prior to the property owner buying the home, we found that someone patched the stucco and installed picket fencing instead of 1/2 plywood. We will has to repair this in section, most off the exterior wall will have to be rebuilt, hurricane straps can be reused.
