Description
A patio with covered canopy will be constructed in place of an existing loading dock at the rear of the property address provided. This new canopy covered patio will be used as an outdoor fitness area for the EoS Fitness which is the existing tenant in Suite 115 at the provided address. An egress door will be added that flows egress directly from the existing open gym area to the exterior on existing rear wall of the building. This will provide a direct egress path that does not require occupants to travel through the new outdoor fitness area in case of emergency. The existing loading area will be filled and a concrete patio will be installed on top of the fill within the existing loading dock footprint on site. Connected to the patio will be a new canopy structure enclosure that will have 2 egress doors. The canopy enclosure will have a security fence infilling between the structural post to contain occupants and to provide loss prevention of equipment. The space will be an open air space with a canopy roof covering.
