Description
Adding 6 ft. high fence across front of property. Hutchison Rd. is classified as a collector road according to the Hillsborough County Roadway Functional Classification map. Fence will consist of 5, 16" x 16" cement block columns and 2 aluminum posts butting up to each neighbor on the left and right of the property. The columns will have suggested 3' footer and be wrapped in 4" brick. Fence will be made of welded aluminum with black powder coat finish. Two entrance columns will have electrical for lighting and for 14' single swing gate operation. Total length of fence is 125'. We are requesting a fence that will closely match the fences of the neighboring properties and will improve the transition from our fence to theirs.
